How do I get started?

Book a 15-minute demo and we'll walk you through exactly what CallVelocity would look like for your business. We'll help you connect your phone system and be analyzing calls within the same day.

What counts as a "call"?

Any inbound call routed through your connected phone system lasting more than 30 seconds. Calls under 30 seconds — hang-ups, wrong numbers — don't count toward your monthly limit.

What happens if I go over my call limit?

We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit and give you the option to upgrade. We won't cut off analysis mid-month — we'll cover the overage and sort out the right plan together.

Which phone systems are supported?

We currently support Twilio, RingCentral, and Dialpad with one-click integrations. Enterprise plans support custom phone system integrations. Contact us if you use something else — we can likely accommodate it.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime with no penalty. Annual plans are billed upfront and run to the end of the term with no auto-renewal unless you choose to continue.

Is my call data secure?

All call recordings and transcriptions are encrypted in transit and at rest. We are SOC 2 compliant and do not sell or share your data with any third parties. Enterprise plans include SSO and advanced security controls.
